Excellent service off teresa Felton she went out off her way to find us a holiday we are so greatfu to her excellent service

Called into shop to see what holidays were available and Teressa was marvelous. She went onto her computor and after having the dates we required she imeadeately found what we wanted. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she also found excursions that we wanted and booked them for us together with the holiday. Thanks Bev &Stewart Ford.

We booked a cruise to Africa, to sail on 15th November 2022. On the 20th October I received a letter, to be admitted to hospital to remove a vertebrae from my spine 4/5/6/ I called Hayes to cancel, was told, you don't have to cancel we can change it, choose another holiday, was told you can't have that one it's a different company, sent an email form, which I filled in and returned immediately , they said they never received it, I gave them proof of all the details proof the procedure, hospital,consultant, everything they needed, on 20th October as I received the letter. I was contacting them to find the progress to no avail, contacted them again on 7th November, only to be told, I have left it too late, I should given 17 days notice, when actually I gave them 28 days notice. We lost £3,600 our holiday and flights, I could have had convalescence after Major operation, I was not fit enough to protest it, they new that. thanks to their deceit.
I recently received a message out of the blue asking for the booking reference, no details of who and where to send it to, we are OA P's we struggle with computers, we feel for that reason we were taken advantage of.

The staff. For me the rapport with the office staff is very important and I have that in bucket loads with the ladies in Aberdare.

I have booked a holiday with Karen travel adviser/agent (Aberdare Hay's trave) previously. She is a very professional agent and knowledgeble of foreign travel offering clear advice and explanation thoughout our booking. She was very patient and kind also. As a result I would be very happy to book further holidays with her. She is to be commended for her expertise

We always book with teresa in our aberdare we know the holiday will go with out any problems as the same with aberdare staff whe we come we tell teresa about our holiday so she can advise other clients how to get the best out of their holiday the number one holiday seller in aberdare 10 out of 10
