Hays Travel - Aldridge Reviews 

We have used Hays Aldridge numerous times, holiday bookings and travel money.
All the staff are marvellous, attentive, listening to our requests and spend time explaining options.
First class, no reason to use anyone else.

Gemma was helpful, making suggestions for where we could go on holiday to fit in with our time scale, somewhere not too far to travel too and also warm. She was also able to tell us about places due to her own personal experience. Holiday booked.

Very friendly staff even though they were very busy

We just love popping into Hayes because that’s where our next adventure begins. The team are always attentive to our needs and always steer us in the right destination without busting our budget.

The travel advisor Amy was very helpful and patient myself. Initially I wasn't sure whether the price of the river cruise was within budget. I was told that I have a option of paying by direct debit which I declined. I Have booked with Hayes Ialways found them a helpful friendly Travel Agent.

We went into Hays Travel in Aldridge today to book a holiday to Bangkok. Jamie dealt with our enquiry and couldn’t do enough for us. She searched for an ideal hotel which was only a short 20minute walk to where our Son is living out there. We can’t thank her enough for her help in helping us do this. Thankyou Jamie, First Class service.

Always go to Aldridge branch, the lady's are all lovely, they listen to what your looking for and find the best option. A new place we are going never been before but from the reconstruction from the lady at Hays. Thank you

Excellent advice and guidance from Jamie-Leigh

As always, Laura at Hays, Aldridge, sorted us a great deal. We were booking seperately to same resort, but had differing needs. Nothing was too mich hassle and Laura was very patient and proffessional throughout.
Once again Hays also match the online price we had found which saved a few pounds.
Process was made easy and I will definately use Hays again.
