We have been booking all our trips with Anastasia since a while now and nothing is too much trouble. Anastasia deals with all our requests and gets us exactly the holiday we want.

Anastasia has been my go to agent for a few years now. She is amazing! She remembered me and my needs, I have mobility issues, despite having hundreds (maybe thousands) of other clients.
In addition, I am travelling alone for the first time this year following a bereavement and I am very nervous. Anastasia has helped me in every way that she possibly could & has offered her support and help at any time, should I need it.
I would never book with anyone other than Anastasia!

Always very helpful no matter if we have already selected the holiday we want or if we provide options for countries or holiday types Anastasia is always supportive in finding us what we want. Once the holiday is booked and heading towards the departure date Anastasia reaches out to just make sure everything is in place too

We have used Hays travel for many years. We prefer the personal touch as we get look after very well. This time we chose a hotel we liked and Anastasia was able to source what we needed all together at a very reasonable price. All done from our own home with Anastasia's excellent expertise.

Anastasia really listens to your requirements in order to find the perfect holiday. Always quick to respond to e-mails. Gives options and is then patient whilst you mull them over, but always available and willing to answer any questions.

Great service from Anastasia. I enquired quite a while ago but flights weren’t available at that time. Anastasia followed up with me as soon as flights were released and was very helpful making some tweaks to the original quote.
