This is the 3rd time we've used Hayes in driffield staff have been really helpful ruby sorted our holiday this time got us a really good deal well done Ruby I wouldn't hesitate in recommending hayes driffield to any of our friends and family 😀

I contacted Anna after being referred by a friend.
I gave Anna the information of what I wanted for my holiday in the morning, within no time Anna had contacted me with the holiday details and price, and by lunchtime I had booked!
Anna booked my seats due to the layout of the plane she suggested what seats would be best and I went for them.
All information was uploaded and documents were received within 15 mins of booking the holiday.
I was also advised if I had any further questions at anytime then I could contact Anna and it wouldn't be a problem.
It was a very straight forward simple and relaxed experienced.

Anna is the best travel agent around! Just booked our 4th holiday with her and wouldn't use anyone else to book our holidays. Always pricing up our holidays, even if we don't book them (I'm always looking for bargain holiday) Anna usually price matches them or gets a better deal.

I received so much help on my booking of a cruise I was spending alot of money didn't know where to start with it but the lady was so helpful nothing was too much trouble we got a perfect Caribbean cruise booked for my 10th wedding anniversary

I went in to just price a holiday, then actually booked one,as Molly and her other colleague across the way , helped me find a reasonable holiday for my daughter's family and mine, I was in there for a about one and a half hours,they offered me a drink, they were very friendly, very professional, the holiday we picked was mostly for my 6yr old grandson that has everything to keep him amused and I came out very happy.So in another few months I will be going back into the Driffield Hays branch to price another holiday for Australia for next January or February. Thank you Molly and her friend for an excellent service. ❤️❤️

Visited branch in Driffield for a possible late deal. Victoria was very pleasant, advised fully on any questions we asked, took time to search very patiently as we kept changing our minds! Explained every stage of the booking and we left feeling very satisfied and excited!

Anna is so professional and is always on hand to answer any questions or to give support.

Mollie was so patient with us and so helpful and explained everything we needed to know also printed everything out for us

It was great for getting me somewhere nice to go on my own, they gave me lots of options and greatly ended up sorting me a great holiday on my own so will be great to go x
