Amazing!
Arlette went above and beyond to put together the most perfect holiday for me and my partner. She took time and was patient in getting to know mine and partners likes so she could find the ideal location/hotels for us to choose from. Nothing was too much trouble! We asked for accommodation with several requirements which were all met in the first choice sent to us and we needed to look no further and can’t wait for our stay to start. Makes everything so much less stressful when going on holiday.

Arlette was very patient with us as we had no idea where we wanted to travel too! This made for a lot of tooing and frowing before we finally made a decision. We chose to holiday in Greece and it was absolutely amazing! Arlette booked us into a lovely Adults Only Hotel, how ever the room we had hoped for had unfortunately sold out- she managed to still get us a room within the same hotel.Arlette made us feel at ease with the whole booking process , right up to a private taxi transfer from the airport to the hotel. On arrival we were delightfully surprised to find that Arlette had managed to secure us the first room we'd wanted which honestly made our experience even better.
Thank you Arlette and Hays Travel for going above and beyond to make our first getaway smooth and memorable.

Yet another great deal from Hays!
We have used Arlette at Hays for several years now and she never disappoints! There were challenges in where we wanted to fly from but she still managed to find us a great place with good flights at a reasonable price.
