Becci is a huge asset to Hays travel, I have never had an experience so plain sailing with a group booking for 28 people!
Becci was extremely supportive and informative throughout the process of the group booking. She understood the needs of our family and took into consideration the budget we were working towards and found a really great affordable holiday. I can imagine for her the process may have been a little stressful, however this was never demonstrated in her delivery. She was upmost professional at all times & very calm and collected. Becci gave me reassurance when it was needed, especially when I was over-stressing about the group booking.
Becci really has gone above and beyond for our family and we can’t thank her enough. As a result some of the family members are going to book through Becci directly, just as one of ours already have. And we most definitely will be using Becci for our future holidays.

After spending weeks pricing up holidays I decided to message Becci and see if she could help. I was pricing up 9 nights and she managed to get me 10 for cheaper than I’d seen anywhere else. Even though she was away herself she managed to sort it out as quick as possible, and within 24 hours we had it booked. Becci made my experience fantastic, i am extremely anxious when booking any holiday and must of asked a thousand questions!
