The most helpful and patient experience.
We were listened to carefully for our preferences and the ideal holiday was found for us with much care to find the best deal. Marie was very patient and kind. Delighted with the service provided. Mackenzie was great at assisting with holiday money too.

Great holiday booking experience
We had a really good experience booking with both Susan's, they gave really helpful advice and helped us make sure everything was right for our family needs. Ive also had to change a few things after booking, and nothing has been too much bother for them. Will definitely be back for future holidays!

A friendly place with lots of knowledge of holidays
The lady called Mackenzie was so friendly and helped me find flights, hotel and excursions for my trip to Krakow . I felt able to ask questions and information about what I might need on holiday and she gave me good advise.
