Hays Travel want you to be more than happy when you have reached the holiday you were looking for at the price that is right for your pocket. We were greeted by Susan who took all the time that it needed to help us to guide us to the end game.

Excellent service from start to finish. We weren’t sure where we wanted to go but with the help of the travel agent we narrowed it down & she gave lots of knowledgable info about the hotel and area we have chosen.
We have used Hays Travel previously & will certainly use them again.

As always the staff at Hays Berryden road have been great. We were in a few weeks and spoke to the manager Susan about our holiday and went over some options, we then went away to think about it. We came back yesterday and spoke with Mackenzie to go over a few things, for mobility reasons, we needed a few things clarified, Mackenzie did all this for us. We have now booked our 2026 holiday. We have worked with Susan and Mackenzie for about 4 years now. Wouldn't go anywhere else. They take time to go over what you need and look for suitable places for you. We are going back to a hotel that we have used previously. Had a great time at the Globales Santa Lucia in Palma Nova.

we just booked our 3rd holiday with Hays this year, i used to go on line myself and book our trips but i must admit doing through Hays has been great its hassle and stress free, they do everything for you even check-ins and printing all boarding passes for going and coming home, and the staff are all very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. My friends (8 girls) and i booked a mini break on line but i could,nt check inn i mentioned it to a young man (lewis) at Hay,s Aberdeen and he even got that prob sorted out for me WHAT A SERVICE :) 10/10 to all the team at Berryden Aberdeen

Your company representative went out of her way to help us with flight plans for assistant travel plus hotel arrangements.
