First time booking an all inclusive holiday and also booking any sort of holiday through a rep we normally do it all ourselves. Beth was great and dealt with everything and answered all our questions in a timely manner . She has excellent communication skills and expert knowledge on all things holiday related. She also helped with the special assistance for my son who's special needs. She's been so great .
