Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. I contacted Charlotte to look for a short break away. Told her where I wanted to go. Almost immediately she came back with a few options. I booked at once.
Not only did she find what i wanted, also included transfers bed and breakfast. Quick, thorough and friendly.

Sometimes it doesn’t pay to do it yourself!
I had seen Charlottes Facebook page with holidays offers, I have never booked with Charlotte previously, or even enquired. She made it easy, fun and personal! My husband was looking online previously, he found a good deal - but in typical style it turned out to be an hour away from where we needed to be!
.. Charlotte managed to find us the same price pp, at a better location and a better hotel! So sometimes it doesn’t pay to do it yourself! Thank you Hays - and a special thank you to Charlotte Hopkin xx
