Highly recommend
Claire was fantastic from start to finish. We gave her a criteria of what we’d like and she gave us some options. We booked the one which we thought was the best for us and the holiday didn’t disappoint. We want to go away for a short break at Christmas and we’re using Claire again.

This is my second booking with Claire. I cannot recommend her enough. I asked for a quote and within 24 hours it was booked. Claire is really approachable, knowledgeable and patient. She has a keen eyes for detail and anything she doesn't know she will find out. Thank you again!

Excellent service and super fast
Wow, what I can say....... from the first contact with Claire at Hays Travel we felt confident that she would help us find what we were looking for and she did just that. Very informative , lovely pleasant lady and no matter what we asked of her she delivered and at speed too! In a matter of hours we were all booked and the information Claire provided us with was fantastic. We are a large family so it's always a nightmare for us booking anywhere but Claire took all the pressure off us and sorted it out in a flash! She talked us through absolutely everything and every question we asked was answered fully.
I couldn't reccomend Hays and Claire enough. 5 stars + !!
