Been booking holidays with Claire now for 5yrs & hasn't disappointed yet. Booking couldn't be simpler. I inform her of possible places I fancy, budget & dates. Claire comes back with 3 to 4 options. She knows what i like now. I decide a location & it's booked all on the phone. Payment is simple also. Claire virtually does everything for you except the packing the case. Can't ask for more.

I have dealt with this same person for both my past 2 cruises and again for my next 2 cruise. Very helpful especially as I am one of the older inexperienced cruisers, so she helped me through my introductions.

Claire is fantastic. She knew what we were looking for more than we did! She is patient, helpful and takes away any stress of choosing and booking a holiday. Highly recommend her to anyone.

We haven’t taken our holiday yet, but booking with Claire has been a dream so far! She found us an amazing family holiday, sorted the transfers and parking, and made everything so easy. As someone who doesn’t travel much, I had loads of questions, and Claire answered them all with patience. We can’t wait for our holiday!

As usual we received an excellent service from Claire. This was right though from dealing with our initial enquiry, providing the quote and actually booking the holiday.

Claire has been booking my cruise holidays for the last few years. She is extremely knowledgeable & helpful on all the cruise liners, from the location of the rooms, the itinerary & places to visit whilst there, aswell as keep in my budget!

Claire had previously booked my last cruise, I've always found her to be very friendly, helpful and imformative, advising on the best places to visit at the various ports that you visit, always ready to help with any questions that you ask.

Claire looked after all our needs, discussed best flight times etc and even helped find us something to do in New York between our cruise departure time and our flight time. Very happy.
