Always friendly and helpful with a smile on there faces nothing is too much trouble

The staff are very good answered all questions we had they were very helpful and when we were not totally sure they went through it again nothing was to much trouble.

The staff at Colne Hays are incredibly friendly and accomodating.They are very efficient and couldn't be more helpful.

As a regular customer all of the staff at the Colne shop go out of their way to show their appreciation. Nothing is too much trouble. They take the hassle out of booking a holiday and are always available to deal with any questions we have. Harry makes time to tell us about anything new that he thinks might interest us.

Jessica was really friendly & helpful. Found what we wanted really quickly & efficiently. Always a lovely atmosphere in the shop & great to leave with an orange folder with all the paperwork printed off, not tiny on a phone 😀

Brilliant service like I normally receive. Third holiday this year. Served by Nicole at the Colne branch and although she was an apprentice she was so professional, helpful and a credit to your company.

The Shop was very busy and we were dealt with quite quickly despite the busy time. This is a reflection on the staff who are very efficient yet still maintain a sense of not being rushed and therefore not rushing the customer. It is always a good experience at Hays Travel in Colne.
We came away having done exactly what we needed to do.

Jess was great! Got our cruise booked in no time.

Jessica knew what I wanted and had difficulty booking my holiday as titans website kept saying put the address in but there was no place to do this. This didn't phase her she rang the company and got it sorted
