Holiday booking made easy
Staff member doing searches and giving additional information on resorts and hotels before booking. All info printed out and ATOL certificate also sent by email. Airport parking booked and directions to car park printed. Staff will also book in my passenger info to the airport when applicable.

Hays Experience
Kimberley is normally the person we see at Hays, she is very friendly and goes the extra mile to locate the holiday you require.
The other staff at the store are always happy to help.
