Everything was just great as we knew where we wanted to go it was just a case of sorting this out for us which I have said it was great

We had Jessie as our travel agent. Not only was she attentive and very friendly, but her knowledge of the areas and recommendations really made the experience. As we’re travelling with my Nan that has a physical disability, she made sure to throughly look through each hotel to make sure not only was that hotel accessible to her, but also the area around the hotel as well. We as a family love to explore more than just the hotel so it was important that the area could accommodate us throughout our holiday as well. Every question we fired at her she went through as many times as we needed to make sure we felt comfortable. As said before it can very stressful travelling with a disability for the person and there family, everything in the airport was looked into and the facility’s at the hotel. Overall she made us actually feel excited for a holiday we could all enjoy. She was amazing! Thankyou Jessie, we will be coming to you for all future adventures!

The young girl that served me with my holiday was helpful polite and chatty. I always book with hays because I find which ever staff member serves me I get the same service polite and helpful.

They listened to what we wanted, priced matched our existing quite snd the follow up attention was brilliant.we have used Hayes Travel at Crystal Peaks previously and have always been very satisfied so that is why we return again.

Rhiann was her normal helpful self . Sorted everything out we needed and was a pleasure to be with as always .

Helpful and understanding of what we requested

Louise sorted our holiday, she had the patience of a saint as we had no idea where we wanted to go, she was very honest and ensured we got exactly what we asked for, which was perfect for us, we felt very relaxed and had a few laughs, excellent service and we will be back to see Louise for our next holiday.

We went to Hayes travel in Crystal Peaks Sheffield yesterday to book a holiday for September. We were called promptly by Abigail who was friendly and asked us questions to get the best holiday for us we looked at a couple of hotels what we liked and settled on one. She looked at all the amenities and booked the holiday at our request she asked if we wanted to book seats and the whole process was complete within 15 minutes. We were happy with the service and will come back again for our next holiday.
