We called in to book a bucket list…
We called in to book a bucket list cruise to Japan. Kim was absolutely fantastic. We made multiple changes and nothing was a bother for her to sort it out. She made it an easy process and we felt confident in the whole booking. All the staff are very welcoming as soon as you go in and all deserve the recognition.

Hays at Dalton Park, excellent service
Our 3rd occasion using Hays at Dalton Park in less than a year and haven't been disappointed. The first being our first using special assistance following life changing surgery for my husband who is now a double below knee amputee. Staff have gone above and beyond to support us through all our challenges and anxieties, especially Courtney initially then Kay and Kim. Its more complicated trying to book accessible hotels but on all 3 occasions the help and support has been amazing.
