Rachael was very attentive and listened very carefull to what was required.
Only one minor tweak needed to the itinery she sent initially.
It was a very relaxing experience.

Cassia worked very hard to get me the holiday I wanted at a great price

We went in to book a holiday and were looked after by Victoria who went above and beyond to make sure we had got the best value that was possible
Coffee or tea was offered if we wanted and nothing was too much trouble
Hence the reason we always book at hays travel

I told them what I wanted, when and where and they came up with the goods.
Nothing was too much trouble for my assistant.

I came in to the Driffield branch to enquire about a holiday. Rachael Horrocks who served me was very pleasant and helpful. She followed my appointment up with an email and a couple of phone calls. I thought she was very knowledgeable, helpful and ultimately made me want to buy from her. Thank you for all your help Rachael.

Did all what we asked & told us all we wanted to know

Friendly, knowledgable staff. They tried different companys on line to find the best deal. Showed us so many hotels we ended up booking one that was different to the one we thought we had decided on...but still a good, decent option.

Rachel was very good, she went through all our options and was patient when we changed our minds. She found us a great holiday with everything we asked for.

Cassia was a lovely girl, a little nervous but very polite. She did tell us it was the first Tui cruise she had booked so it did take a little longer.

Friendly, helpful staff. We knew what we wanted, so they were able to help us to get it right. We were helped by Cassia, an apprentice. She was very nice and asked for help if she needed to check anything. We had no problems at all, and came away with the holiday we wanted.

Ruby is a great communicator. She made sure she answered all our questions properly and fully. Ruby has been to our destination before so was in a great position to help us by making some very good suggestions which helped us book our trip. I would certainly recommend Ruby to help you find and book your holiday.

Staff was wonderful helpful kind so sorry can’t remember the wonderful ladies name who sold me the cruise and stay holiday in Driffield shop. Couldn’t do enough to help me and was so happy to see us when we went into the shop to pay off some of the holiday with cash so she could put a face to the name. We would highly recommend this branch xxxxxxxxx
