Booking my holiday with Hays Travel Driffield (cassia) was made so easy and straightforward, the help, commitment and care we received was 1st class, and was willing to answer and help and questions with professionalism and honesty

Rachael made me welcome as soon as I sat down she listened carefully to where I wanted to go
I was very impressed as I have not had this experience before in other travel agencies

Victoria made it so easy to book the holiday we'd chosen, treated us as though we were the most important people she'd see that day and the whole process was done quickly and efficiently. We've used Hays Driffield before and won't go anywhere else now.

Welcoming, helpful staff

Ruby took a great deal of time to find us suitable flights at quite short notice as we had to cancel our previous unsafe route due to the Iran war. She also sorted out alternatives when a return flight was cancelled by an airline strike. Altogether an excellent service.

Victoria listened to our requirements and amended her search to adapt to us, very professional and the best experience we’ve had booking a holiday.

Nothing is too much trouble for Molly. She’s super professional and helpful at all times. Thank you.

Went in with an open mind but not an open price.
Had set dates and a choice of only three airports.
After over one hour of searching and advice on places and hotels Hays worked there hardest and found us the holiday to suit our budget. Was offered tea/coffee and was made to feel nothing was a problem.
