Was looking for a weekend away to lanzarote i rang dumfries branch and spoke to Diane I said we would take any type of board basis within 20 mins she emailed me with different options she found us a cracking deal and within an hour we were all sorted and booked great service thankyou Diane

Diane was awesome..
She found me a great deal for flights and guided me through every aspect of my journey.

The staff were so helpful, answering all my questions and seeking to get the right acomodation for me.

As soon as you sat down to enquire about holidays they are there for you asking about your budget not trying to sell anything you could not afford they are very professional in there job and once again left with the holiday and price we wanted to pay.

It was a great experience nothing was a problem

Staff are absolutely brilliant helped in all ways along with a bit of a laugh so thank you Diane and staff answering all queries after had this break will be back in with family for a holiday thank you sheila stevenson x

We had phoned the day before to give details of the Cruise. When we arrived at the shop we were able to speak to Diane right away. The booking process was completed quickly. We had asked for Assistance so Diane had no problems completing it. Seats on plane booked too. We had Diane's attention throughout. We felt reassured that everything was covered during the visit.

My experience is always very good and helpful. Staff (Diane)very helpful and never in a hurry. Double checks what is needed and passes it on. Makes a difference when some staff have already been or near where we want to go. Cannot fault the service, excellent. No problem when booking.

I was wanting to book flights to Australia and spoke with Hollie. She was so helpful looking to find me the cheapest flights on the dates I wanted. She talked me through everything I needed to do while staying on the phone with me. Booking through Hays was so less stressful than trying to do it myself. I would definitely book through Hays again

When I’m not sure of where to have cabin or which one it’s no bother for them to find prices of a few different cabin categories for me to look at and then which one for them to try and book when booking released with others to consider if not able to get the one I requested

The young lady( Holly ) at Hays Travel in Dumfries was in my opinion exceptional at her job, nothing was a problem to her in ensuring she delivered answers to all questions asked in booking my future holiday in Egypt.
