Hays Travel - Dumfries Reviews 

The young lady( Holly ) at Hays Travel in Dumfries was in my opinion exceptional at her job, nothing was a problem to her in ensuring she delivered answers to all questions asked in booking my future holiday in Egypt. I would highly recommend her to anyone thinking of booking a holiday with Hays Travel in Dumfries, having booked numerous holidays in the past.

We had three visits to Hays Diane was very helpfully explained everything to us very well and happy to answer any queries for us .Woild be happy to use Hays again

This young lady showed us different hotels/pick up points/transfer options/guided us through tours/currency/routes/insurance/ payments/passports. . Holly organised everything from flights, seating, meals, tours, weather, clothing, bag sizes, packed lunches, she covered absolutely everything. We are so impressed we will be getting Holly to book our next holiday. Thank you to young Emmie, who was ‘in training’ and stepped in to finish off the ‘process’ guided by the lovely Holly. We left on ‘cloud nine’. 💕

You can book cheaper online than in shop which doesn't make sense this doesn't encourage people to book through the shop but they tried to match the online price which was good.
