Norwegian Fjords Summer 2028
I booked to go to the Norwegian Fjords in Summer 2028. Cara was VERY helpful and really went overboard to made sure I got everything sorted. She explained pricing over phonecall and sent it all on a message as I asked, then gave me plenty of time to make the correct arrangements with family and get it booked in time. Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service, I asked to check holidays for me, same day Charlotte got back with the perfect holiday. When I checked different dates online I could get it cheaper, when I rang her the next day she price matched it and we booked it. I would definitely recommend Hayes, thank you Charlotte.
