Orlando booking experience
After waiting years for our lifetime trip to orlando, we made contact with a personal travel agent called ellie-mai Roberts, she was amazing and very helpful as she explained everything to me clearly and asked me what I wanted from my holiday. Ellie took all the information down and came back to me the next day with some quotes one which was perfect for our trip. She is so.good at her job and so helpful we booked with her and honestly couldn't do enough to give me the experience I wanted in order to be comfortable with booking our holiday. The overall price and everything included within the holiday is amazing and we as a family can't wait for our life time trip in Orlando. 10 out of 10 for service and helpfulness, and experience shown to makesure we had everything we needed, but also we can still add on things to the trip in the future before we go so overall I would definitely book with hays again and through ellie-mai Roberts for future holidays.
