Perfect Family Holiday Sorted by Gemma at Hays!
Huge thank you to Gemma Nethercott at Hays Travel for sorting us out with an incredible last-minute deal for our upcoming September holiday! We’re a large family group, and Gemma managed to find something that catered to all ages, within our budget, and ticked every box – no small task!
This isn’t the first time I’ve booked through Gemma, and there’s a reason I keep coming back – she’s genuinely brilliant at what she does. The whole process was smooth, stress-free, and super personal. She took care of everything and made sure we got amazing value for money.

A stress free booking experience
Gemma was quick to respond after my initial enquiry via a FB post, replying via WhatsApp professionally, with all the information I requested.
Following day she maintained regular contact and arranged to call me to discuss my cruise requirements. The whole experience of booking the Iona cruise was stress free.
I could tell that Gemma is a organised and dedicated consultant as she replied to queries out of normal working hours. Highly recommended.
