I was greeted by Billy a new recruit. He was very polite and made me feel he was capable of doing the job. He was joined by Fallon - again very pleasant and polite and she guided Blly as we booked some flights. I had a full list of requirements and each one was dealt with. I felt totally happy with my service. The downside was the insurers wouldn't insure me!

Amy in Grantham branch was extremely friendly and helpful. Answered all my questions.
At no time did I feel pressured.

I recently went into the new branch at Grantham. I was seen straight away and only really wanted a brochure. I spoke to Sarah the manager, she said she would go upstairs and get one and apologised about not being out on the shop floor! I stood and waited and when she came back down the brochure she had didn’t have the venue I wanted so she offered me a seat and said she would look there and then.
Sarah didn’t make me feel like I was an inconvenience even though they looked busy trying to set the store up still.
I waited out with a quote that I was happy wait and 2 days later I went back there to book my holiday! I did change the original hotel but we got everything sorted and it was even priced matched to what I found online. I didn’t know they did they Sarah told me when I said it was about £200 cheaper last night. I would highly recommend going to see one of the Lovely team at hays in Grantham. I will certainly be going back! Thank you team 😁

Kate who was looking after us was very informative and knowledgeable about what we were looking for. She was able to get a holiday booked checked in ad car parking all sorted out while we were there. So lovely to have people like that looking after us.

The agent very welcoming on entering the shop. Sorted a holiday for us with no problems. All concerns re holiday explained.
