First time I've used a travel agent for many years and it was a 5 star experience. I was roundly welcomed before a young gentleman (Mason) took on my enquiries. He was very helpful,informative without ever feeling he was trying to "sell".

Nic absolutely fabulous has helped us sort out a dream holiday listening over the last fees weeks to what we wanted and sorting it out even down to giving an idea of numerous places local taxes . Nic has spent time communicating with Jemima from one of the USA holiday partners and we have been lucky enough to get exactly what we wanted and possibly more than we thought possible x

Wanted something quite specific which though may be a problem, but not so, was offered 8 holidays all meeting my criteria. Would whole heartedly recommend Hays Travel in Hucknall. Helpful staff who were able to share personal experiences with understanding and openness.

The patience of Gemma was far beyond what she needed to do. I was probably a nightmare customer, trying to book for 10 adult and 3 children. Needed an onsite water park, near the main town and free child places. Gemma was amazing. Found everything I asked for. Thankyou so much.
