Fabulous experience…
I enquired about a cruise with Jemma last week and was given all the information asking questions which were quickly answered. I said that I would speak to the rest of the party and get back to her. Normally you would be hounded with messages to ask if you have made a decision! But Jemma did not do this and I messaged her on Monday to say I would like to go ahead and book. Jemma was very helpful and accommodating and worked over her finish time. I can’t thank Jemma enough for her help booking our family cruise and would recommend her to friends and family.

Wow! Jemma has really been amazing! I saw her advertise a holiday on Facebook and was worried it maybe a scam! Did my research and so glad I decided to book with her! I have booked 2 holidays now and nothing is too much trouble. Jemma is always on hand to answer any queries I have and replies quickly at all times of the day and night! What can I say, Jemma has been the ultimate professional and provided such a service, we have returned for a repeat booking.
Let me paint the picture: My wife shared a Holiday with me via Facebook. Dubious, I clicked the link and had a read through. Normally, what is sent doesn't tickle my fancy; however, this time it looked perfect. However, having never booked via this method before, I took tentative steps and messaged Jemma via the email on her page.
Jemma messaged back, and as soon as she did, I knew I’d made the right decision. Her emailed response had a plethora of information, and Jemma really knew her stuff. Any questions we had from the day we booked it, to the day of our holiday were always answered, but not your normal robot response, they were always personable and approachable.
Now, wind the clock forward to now and we have booked a second holiday via Jemma and will be looking for a further one for 2027 in the not-too-distant future..
Why? Because I’m confident we will be looked after and Jemma will find us the perfect holiday for me and my family.
