Had an excellent experience with Jemma at Hays Travel, booking a 2
night cruise. I was not rushed on the call, she was very friendly and answered all questions - she was very knowledgeable of the cruise ship and all the amenities, I was not pushed into booking anything. The price had gone up since she first quoted me but she did her best to get the price as close as possible which was a bonus! Will definitely be using Jemma again, thank you

Made booking so easy
Saw an advert for a 2 night cruise, never done a cruise before. Jemma answered all of my questions (and continues to do so) at any time of the the day on any day!! Will be looking to use Jemma for future holidays after this experience

First time travelling in five years.
This is the first time I am travelling with children and I haven’t been abroad for five years. Jemma has made the booking process easy for me and taken away the stress.
Jemma has been so helpful from start to finish and nothing has been too much trouble for her.
She has assisted with the extras, like plane seats together with a bassinet for the baby, cot at the hotel, and private transfers. I will definitely use your services again.
Jemma does her job thoroughly and with passion and dedication.
