Jodie made me feel really relaxed in picking a holiday. My son has autism so I was anxious anyway but she really made me feel relaxed about booking. This will be his first holiday so I wanted something special. Jodie sent me a selection of holidays I got to choose the perfect one. When booking jodie talked me through everything. Jodie is an exceptional PTC and really understands her customers. I have worked in travel before and thought I could find my own holiday but after 3 months of going back and forth and just really not feeling any of the hotels, I turned to Jodie, I told her my priorities and my budget expecting her to laugh at me as I just couldn’t find much for what I was wanting, she came back to me in a few hours with a couple of amazing options that I hadn’t even found online and suited all of our requirements! One of the hotels I instantly fell in love with but knew it would be above the 7k I set as a budget, as if by magic she came back with a really great price for it knowing where to get the best deals and a price I couldn’t even find online!
I checked it with the family all were agreeable and we booked within a few hours, it’s the easiest booking I’ve done and no stress.
Jodie is worth her weight in gold and I’ll be keeping her close to me from now on and won’t be thinking “I can do it myself” - thank you Jodie! Roll on summer 2026!
