We recently booked a New Year’s multi-destination trip from New York to the Dominican Republic through Karishna, and glad we came across her.
​Trying to organise a multi-trip itinerary like this by yourself can be incredibly difficult and overwhelming, which is exactly why we reached out for professional help. Karishna was fantastic; her communication is straightforward and she was incredibly helpful in sorting out all the logistics that we simply wouldn't have been able to manage on our own.
​We did experience a few glitches during the journey, but these were entirely due to the airline rather than Karishna’s planning. What really impressed us was her post-trip support. She was more than happy to sit down and have a conversation with us about the issues we faced, and she managed to rectify things out of goodwill.

Booked my xmas and new year 2025 holiday with Karishna. Always available to talk to and message. Which is fab when you work long hours really accommodating. Happily ran through various options pricing hotels dates etc and overall happy with the holiday booked.

Karishna is an excellent choice for booking a holiday with. We wanted to book a big family holiday and she did not disappoint. With babies, toddlers , teenagers and elderly parents all to cater for she found us an excellent resort with something for everyone and what a beautiful resort. All our travel needs were met from leaving the house until our safe return so could not recommend her highly enough and she will be booking all our travel from now on.

Karishna is lovely and really made booking my holiday easy. She found us a really lovely package in a beautiful hotel within budget and took away the stress of having to find flights and hotels ourselves. We also found the deals coming through were better priced for the same resorts from when we looked ourselves so deffo worth using the travel agent.

Hays Travel is our go to Travel agency. We have used them twice so far and Karishna was very attentive to our needs. We received professional, honest advice when we approached Karishna to help us book our honeymoon. We are very satisfied with the service and will definitely we using them again for future books.
