We had a good experience booking our latest cruise again with Hays. The agent was helpful and listened to our requirements, the whole process was quick and made simple. No unwanted sales pressure, just good information and advice.

The cristiania Hotel, madonna di campiglio were excellent and very kind. The location was paradise, the natural beauty is stunning. I enjoyed it very much.
It is true that madonna di campiglio is truly beautiful and cristiania Hotel were brilliant.
The dowm side came at verona Airport when I wasn't properly advised about passport rules on the return journey which caused me unnecessary stress which cost me extra expenses and nearly losing my flight, I feel hays travel, Kettering should have advised me about my passport before leaving. Thank you.

Wanted to book a Cruise but could not decide where to go or which Cruise Line to choose. We could not even decide if we wanted a Fly Cruise or one from the UK. Wendy spent a lot of time exploring options and prices with us. Took home some ideas. Went went back the next day and booked. Very confident with our choice

Both ladies we saw were very helpful. There was a slight mix up with the paperwork but it was soon spotted and rectified.

We had a lot of different requests for our holiday so it wasn't an easy job for Claire but she was very helpful and patient with us. Later that day we returned to the store to cancel our original booking as it wasn't right for us( no fault of Claire's)and again she patiently listened to us and managed to find a much better option for us.
