Wendy is the best travel consultant she has dealt with me for years and she has patiences like a saint. I am quite fussy however she knows me and knows what I love. Wendy never fails to deliver her outstanding service makes the booking process so easy for me. Wendy is really understanding towards me as she know's I have struggles she deals with all our families bookings and I trust her. I couldn't recommend her enough she does her job very well she delivers the best of the best. Thank you so much Wendy you make my experience 10/10. I wouldn't want to book with anyone else .

Sara was was friendly and helpful. We asked a few questions she didn't know the answers to. So she phoned the company we wanted to book with to find out the correct answers for us. We had a laugh during the booking process which made it more personal and fun! That's always the long bit!

Explained various facilities on a variety of ships that they thought would be advantageous to us did not in any way pressure us to commit ,overall very pleasant experience and did not rush us whatsoever in our decision,even supplying drinks if required.After booking our cruise they explained we could call in whenever, if there was anything we needed to know.Up to now I can only state we had first class treatment from Hays at Northfield Ave Kettering

Although the agent asked supervisors for assistance, we came away with exactly what we wanted and are looking forward to our future holidays. Would sooner go to Hays as we have reassurance that everything is covered

Both Agents had excellent people skills and listened to what we required. We are both demanding people but our needs and expectations were fully met. Both Sarah and Wendy did a great job finding the right holiday for our family. Sarah was excellent sorting out our choice and finalising the details and requirements.

Catriona was really patient and helpful with me choosing a surprise break for my partner. I wasn't sure where I wanted to go and she worked through a number of options to suit my budget. Cant wait to go
