Kim is the best!
I sent her a screen shot of where we wanted to go and the price i had seen it at. Within 10 minutes she had price matched and booked everything for us . Absolutely first class service with Kim and we wouldn't book a holiday with anyone else.

Excellent service.
Dealt with Kim on a number of occassions for enquiries but this is the first time I have booked a holiday with Hays. The experience was straight forward and easy

I can’t fault the company as Kim made the experience of arranging our travel to Tenerife so easy. We opted for half board in a studio apartment which was much less than what we last paid organising our own flights and apartment. We will wait and see what this apartment is like but it’s in an area we’re familiar with.
