We booked our dream holiday to Singapore and Australia with Leigh of Hays Travel. We gave her ideas of where we would like to go and she worked on our itinerary with professionalism and enthusiasm. It was an amazing holiday and such an easy process with Leigh - nothing was too much trouble. We had a few problems due to weather in Cairns / Brisbane and contacted Leigh whilst we were out there - as we couldn’t drive and had to fly due to flooded roads / a collapsed bridge. Even though there was a massive time difference Leigh was on hand throughout our holiday sorting any problems we came across.

Leigh is an amazing travel agent. There’s no hard sell, she listens to ideas / budgets and works on holidays with those in mind - she’s the best.
