We spoke to our Hays travel rep. Lisa Barber about a cruise for 2027. At the time the bookings were not yet on sale. However, the day they were available she immediately contacted us, advised on a few things we were not sure of & within 2 days our whole holiday was booked covering all our requirements & confirmation paperwork received within the week. Lisa covers all our holidays for us & every time she is friendly, professional & nothing is too much trouble.
