Above and beyond customer care.
I had seen the holiday details on the Facebook page and sent Lisa a message who replied and said she was on her day off and not in the office but how could she help. I immediately said it would wait until Monday and apologised as the holiday details were for 7 days and I wanted to price 14 days. Long story short Lisa couldn't have been more helpful and we got our holiday booked for the two weeks and all on her day off !! Absolutely fantastic customer care 100%
