Great service from Claire in the Llantwit Major branch, who managed to find us just what we wanted, and tailored assistance to meet our aging needs.

Popped in with my daughter because she’s the fussy child out of my 3. Sat down with Lacey and she was so helpful. Searched for the perfect place within my budget for a much needed family holiday. I couldn’t have asked for more. Even advised me on how to plan and pay in an affordable way for next year. Will be back to book again soon.

We’ve never used Hays before but will definitely use again! We wanted a fairly bespoke holiday with certain criteria. We walked away very happy indeed. Things we would never have thought about if we booked ourselves. Thank you 🤩

We came in for a short European break, we weren't sure exactly which hotel or date and Emma spent a long time with us going through various options such as one or two rooms, hotel site, etc. And her expertise meant we ended up with breakfast for almost the same price. Hays are always so helpful and nothing is too much bother. Always much better than trying to book ourselves

Claire and the Llantwit Major team are absolutely brilliant and so, so caring about their customers, in terms of ensuring they help them get the exact travel/tour experience they are looking for. My parents, who live locally, have always had every faith in them and their creative abilities and they've been lucky enough to go on some amazing, bespoke short and mid haul trips these past couple of years, since moving to LM. Claire and Lacey (sorry didn't meet the rest of the team) have gone above and beyond in creating trips that most of us can only ever dream of. THANK YOU!
