I decide to book a trip to New York for our 25th Wedding Anniversay but didn't know where to begin. Lynn arranged our dream trip from start to finish. Nothing has been too much trouble, always available to speak to when I had a question. Lynn asked what we wanted and delivered everything and more! From arranging, transfers, co-ordinating timings for our excursions so we could fit everything in that we wanted to do and then booking them all for us. All the stress and pressure from arranging a trip was taken off us and we enjoyed our perfect trip to New York. Even got snow!!! Thank you Lynn for everything. The service we received was second to none and I would unreservedly recommend anyone to book a holiday with Lynn.

Lynn presented some great packages which was well suited for our needs. She was extremely helpful, answered any questions we had and the process felt really easy. The payment options Hays provide are ideal and much easier for us than having to book ourselves having to pay of cost upfront.

From the initial contact via Lynn to book our holiday to her telephone call after our return was effortless on my part. My first contact was fairly basic, type of holiday, destination & dates.
