Very helpful and efficient
I contacted lynsey to help try and find a last min short break to somewhere sunny.
She looked quite extensively for one that matched what we wanted. I had also been looking and had found a good deal - lynsey was able to find the same hotel etc and also for less...win win.
Received all documents and made payment very efficiently.
