We always go on holiday using Hays Travel, because of the staff in the Maghull office. We usually go to Rachel who is lovely, she genuinely does try her best to get you the best price for your holiday and, nothing is too much trouble for her especially as I need Special Assistance. She is an absolute pleasure to go to to secure your holiday, having said that all the staff in the office are very good at their jobs and are always willing to help. The atmosphere in the agency is really good from the moment you step inside you feel very comfortable and relaxed, it’s a lovely way to book your holiday.

My itinerary was full filled in a professional manner.
