We've used Megan to book two holidays this year and she's been extremely helpful and responsive. Most of our communication was done via Facebook messenger and it seems she's always available to respond to queries. We gave Megan our must have for a holiday with having 2 young children and she found us some cracking hotels at a great price. Would highly recommend Megan to find your perfect getaway!

Meg was super efficient, I feel entirely confident that our holiday has been handled by an expert. So easy and communication was always so swift. I would highly recommend Meg/Hays to anyone. Megan was great help with booking our holiday, we wanted to go to three destinations/countries and in Nice hotels and this has all been done for us, including transfers and numerous flights, when we had an issue with a certain hotel it was changed for us.
