Although we had a good idea of the airline and company we wanted to book with, the girl whom we were served by gave us another option which was cheaper and one we had not considered. I was very impressed with this and her service.

Friendly consultants
Friendly consultants. The consultant was very helpful, and we didn't feel rushed. We had been to this resort before, the consultant helped us to find exactly where it was and gave details about different things going on. We have booked with Hayes travel before and always find them willing to help. We would recommend them to friends anytime

Very helpful and patient.
Initially went to Hays Birtley and they found great deal fir me. However I don't live in Birtley and was all set to confirm when an appointment came through i coukdnt miss so cancelled that. Still was interested and wrnt to Hays at Metrocentre to complete and so far so good. Fingers crossed all goes well, staff were very understanding and helpful.
