When I initially rang a woman answered I asked to speak to Tom she asked why I said I liked him she informed me I was rude and told me she was putting the phone down ! And put phone down - I rang back furious informed Tom who apologised and lucky for your company booked with Tom / ps I am a retired business owner and was astounded
