Having used Hayes for a previous cruise and been looked after very well by Aiden, we obviously decided to use them again and with Cathy's help have found the perfect next cruise. She confirmed everything in detail and made sure it was right for us. Would definitely recommend this friendly and professional team.

Cathy was absolutely incredible from start to finish. She went above and beyond to help us plan not just one, but two amazing honeymoons. After I unexpectedly couldn’t make the dates for our first booking, she spent hours trying to amend everything for us. When that wasn’t possible, she didn’t stop there—she went on to find us another fantastic deal that we’re just as excited about.

She was endlessly helpful, patient, and genuinely lovely to work with. It’s always a pleasure to see Cathy, and we’re so grateful for all her hard work.
