The staff accommodated my bazaar request regarding flights only on certain planes and also did a price match. Very happy with all the staff who helped.

Luke at Oldham branch looked after myself & my fellow traveller again he is such a lovely person.
He is polite,patient, everything we as customers want you must count yourselves very lucky to have him as part of your team,,,, I know we are.

We had an idea of which holiday we wanted so the booking was smooth and easy. We have dealt with Milly before and she makes the whole experience comfortable.

I also use a Hays travel card - easy to use from loading currency to checking transactions and 8f yiu have a balance afyer your trip itsceasily converted to another currency if you go somewhere else.

It's always a pleasure to book holidays at Hays travel Oldham Rochdale and Royton. This time I booked at Oldham with Luke. I wanted a very complexd holiday including a land holiday then a cruise then a City break. Luke found us the perfect adventure. Luke is extremely nice and very professional. Other staff Kim at Rochdale and Freya at Royton are also Brilliant. We have used Hays travel now for around 7 years and these staff are outstanding at their jobs. We always use their foreign exchange as its a great exchange rate. That 2026 2027 2028 holidays all booked with Hays. The booking process was easy as Luke did everything. He also helps with any Visas check in and tickets. Great service Luke

The holiday was lovely but my transfer to the hotel was bad got dropped off at 11.45pm up an alleyway the driver said your hotel is that way.after asking countless people I got to my hotel at at 12.30am.😡
