Advisor was extremely helpful
with a friendly and professional manner.
If you want to book a trip in a relaxed environment ,,, go to Hays Travel in Runcorn.
Best of all, I didn’t have to spend hours trawling the internet for what I wanted , avoiding stress and worry .

Ease of booking
Although I was in the USA for a few more weeks, I asked my sister to book my husband and myself on the same holiday that she booked a couple of weeks earlier, so we could go away together. My sister phoned me from Hays and put me on to a lovely lady (I think her name was Jess) who dealt with me. It only took a few minutes and for me to give all the required information and my holiday was booked. Fantastic service. Well done Hays of Runcorn.

Over and above service
Samantha, really went the extra mile to secure our booking with TUI for us.
After a previous booking via Hays, Tui had offered us a voucher to compensate some issues with the holiday. The voucher had not materialised, and only due to Samantha's knowledge and experience working in TUI, her contacts within TUI and her tenacity, did it get sorted out. We booked the holiday we wanted.

My son and myself went into the shop to book a trip to Vegas, Hayley was absolutely fantastic helping us out and being very patient with us. Our flights were a challenge but Hayley was brilliant making call after call getting us the right flight.
