Staff are lovely, just different level of customer service in this branch. It’s been a while since we booked as not been abroad for years, so we weren’t sure where we wanted to go. Staff made us feel at ease within minutes, we had various options to consider which was brilliant!

I booked a cruise with 2 members of my family but thankfully when my aunt and uncle went to get their paperwork as she couldn't print it off the day we booked it was discovered we were booked on 2 different ships and 2 different dates it wasn't resolved as the cruise we wanted was on a different date which I couldn't go as id already put in holidays for the date we originally booked blooming disaster not going to lie i was fuming was so looking forward to my first cruise very disappointed

Holiday to Tenerife
The lady who dealt with me in the Rutherglen branch was called Angie and she was so helpful and patient with me in order to find what I was looking for re my holiday requirements and flights etc. plus she was extremely friendly. I left the shop feeling happy with what I had booked. 😊

When we went into the travel agents it was very busy ( always a good sign ) we wanted a last minute holiday to tenerife so Angie was on the case straight away and within jig time we were fully booked and on our way the day after, brilliant service as always
