Top notch service once again from Hays Travel and specifically Samantha Barrett.

We found a holiday for a group of 9 in Turkey next July and we got it for a great price especially for the time of year it was we have booked for. Very pleased from start to finish

We booked again with Samantha’s help and she made the entire process of finding our 2 week holiday to Greece a completely stress free and simple process along with booking us extra legroom seats!

Even though it was a Saturday evening Samantha was in contact straight away, searched for the best deal at chosen hotel & sent through all relevant details and had us booked very quickly. Once again fab service! Sam found the Tui holiday we saw advertised, price matched it and did all the phone calls to organise a ground floor room for my mum, and sorted the airport assistance out without me having to remember. It’s so much easier booking through Sam than a normal travel agent. I just tell her what I want and she does the rest, then rings to confirm it all.

Samantha made everything so easy, explained everything and got Me the best deal, and I didn't have to leave the house. And Sam was really friendly, and came across very professional which put me at ease knowing she knew what she was doing when looking for my holiday.

I sent a message to Samantha Barrett regarding an offer I saw on fb , samantha was so fast in responding to my message and from then on ,answered all questions that I had , including going off and then getting back to me, this was all done the same day , I would say within a couple of hours.
