We have just booked another holiday with Sarah Hutchins to Mexico in December this year. Sarah has planned holidays for us before and she goes above and beyond to make everything special and smooth. I was able to contact her with any questions and she always responded quickly.
Sarah’s correspondence was excellent and k would recommend her most highly.

We consulted Sarah after seeing an ad on FB for safaris with Hayes Travel. My husband wanted to tick this off his bucket list as his 60th birthday treat.
Sarah presented us with several different packages and we chose one that took us travelling from Nairobi to Mombasa with many stops in different lodges near and around the national parks.
I was able to remain in contact with Sarah throughout the whole process and she kept us updated on any changes such as flights etc.
we had an amazing holiday and it’s not something we could have put together ourselves, Sarah also sent us a lovely card and a travel wallet and baggage tags which we were extremely grateful for. Sarah also sent us a guide to the areas we would be staying which was so very thoughtful. We had an amazing experience made stress free with Sarah by our side assisting and consulting with us every step of the way.
I would recommend Sarah 100%
She is professional, passionate, knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Nothing is too much trouble for her.

We have used Sarah multiple times now over the last few years. We have certainly given her some challenges with multi-location breaks but she always comes through! She’s got to know our likes/dislikes quite well so tailors our trips to suit. We have found she’s super responsive, all times of the day, and never fails to deliver. Would highly recommend.

So far upto the point of booking our holiday in July 2026, Sarah has been working tirelessly to find our perfect holiday for us since it's such a special year,we have a 50th birthday, 18th birthday and wedding anniversary to celebrate 🥳.
