We recently booked a Disney and Caribbean cruise package through Sarah, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for more support throughout the process.
This was the biggest holiday we’ve ever booked and naturally we had lots of questions, changes and double-checking along the way. Sarah was patient, responsive and incredibly thorough at every stage. She made sure all the details were correct, confirmed inclusions and ensured we were completely comfortable before proceeding.
What stood out most was how invested she was in getting everything right for us. Even when there were time pressures and supplier confirmations to chase, she kept us updated and reassured. It really felt like she cared about the booking and about us feeling confident.
Booking something of this size can feel overwhelming, but Sarah made it feel manageable and clear. We’re now so excited for our trip and grateful for her help in putting it all together.

Sarah is absolutely fantastic nothing was to much trouble we were with her around 2 hours till she found us the perfect holiday I am a bit ov a fuddy duddy but she sorted everything would highly recommend Sarah to any fuddy duddys like me that want the perfect holiday thank you soooooo much Sarah

This was my first time asking Sarah to look for a holiday for me, and I have to say it was amazing. Sarah really took the stress out of it, has had great knowledge about countries to visit and trips. I gave Sarah an idea of what I wanted and dates and she did the rest. I really appreciated the fact she told me about the area, history, trips, and culture. You get the whole package. We were looking for a November honeymoon special destination. Sarah was able to discuss our options and between us we were able to select a suitable hotel in Sliema, Malta.
She was able to arrange all the travel arrangements on our behalf, leaving us to concentrate on our forthcoming wedding.
Thanks to Sarah we were greeted with a wonderfully presented room and a lovely bottle of fizz to commence our trip.
We thoroughly recommend The Waterfront Hotel which provided us with lovely friendly staff and great amenities. Breakfasts provided plenty of selection and set us up for days of exploring the island. Sarah also took the time to provide us with her own recommendations for our stay, which gave us a helpful steer towards locations to visit and places to eat and drink. Many thanks for helping us to make memories and enjoy a fabulous honeymoon.

Sarah Williams was amazing from start to finish I can't thank her enough it was so less stressful to be able for Sarah to sort it all out for me and my family and my son that has ADHD . It all went so smoothly through the airport the transport that Sarah had arranged for us there and back and I would never consider trying to book a holiday again with out Sarah sorting it for us I would definitely recommend to all I speak to that Sarah was brilliant and so helpful with just not the little things but the big things that made my holiday perfect
