Was only calling to ask for multiple quotes for a holiday in July for a number of people. spoke to Scott. Got turned away saying he can’t do it. Don’t understand why, it’s his job. Asked to speak to Louise instead as he got quite rude and hung up.

I did ask for you to narrow it down and the request to provide prices for 1,2,3 and 4 customers along with 5 locations would have resulted in the provision of 20 quotes. You also advised that you had requested quotes from other agents so I politely declined your request to quote.
